UPON ARRIVAL

Before registering a child, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with Conditions for admitting a child to the camp. When joining the camp, it is necessary to hand in complete documentation for the registered child - that is: Confirmation of the child's infection-free status and a copy of the health insurance card. Due to the number of participants for this year, it is not necessary to fill in the medical qualification and power of attorney.

INFECTIOUSNESS

The confirmation is filled out by the child's legal representative. It is important that the confirmation is signed on the day of departure for camp, not before.

ELIGIBILITY

Have the report confirmed by the child's general practitioner. The document is valid for 1 year. It is used for the needs of organized children's stays (concentration, camps,...). If you have confirmed eligibility from another event at the time of the training camp, it can be used.

POWER OF ATTORNEY

The power of attorney is filled out by the child's legal representative. If necessary, thanks to this document, the child can be treated by a doctor. We try to consult with legal representatives in advance about all such steps.
